The room hardware is OK, but the front desk is a bit troublesome. The hotel is located in a busy city and is quite noisy. I asked for a high floor for quietness, but they gave me a room on the third floor, saying that the third floor in Spain is equivalent to the fourth floor, and there are no other rooms now. I went upstairs and opened the door and went back to the front desk to ask for a room change. It was right next to the main street with heavy traffic, and there was no light at all facing north.
