The place is very well located, right in the center of Madrid and is very easy to get to. The guys at the reception are very friendly and will always be willing to help. When I arrived, they received my suitcase before check-in without problems.

You can store your luggage before check-in. Also, even when arriving by night bus or late night flight, I was able to use the toilet and shower before checking in. However, the room was small and the bed was a little cramped, so I decided to go because it was worth the price.

I arrived at the hostel having made my reservation days ago and they told me that they were full, which I find embarrassing. After a long trip and arriving at the hostel tired, I had to keep walking to go to another hostel where they relocated me (Motion Chueca Hostel) that didn't even have a kitchen and I had to throw away food that I had brought to cook.
