It's basically a building with rooms! Since it's CR7, I understand why people choose to spend a night in a hotel with a certain cachet! But it's not a 4**** at all. The rooms are very small, and the pool is tiny! The gym is tiny... but it's a hotel on Gran Vía, which is perfect for going anywhere, and taking a dip in the middle of summer is appreciated. The views are very cool, but it's not a magnificent 4****, it's more like average, but it has cachet, it's CR7 ;)

Every thing was good and we enjoyed our stay, howecer there was an issue with the A/C of the room and it was hot.

The locaiton and the room was excellent. The staff was very helpful. Our room was upgraded without any charge. Rooftop was amazing
