Estaba todo muy bien pero me faltó personal de recepción ya que tuve un problema con las tarjetas, y luego en el baño hacía frío porque no había calefacción ahí.

There are few parking spaces around, and there is a risk of getting scratched if you park on the roadside. The hotel only provides paid parking spaces, which are located across the road from the school. Entry and exit require manual operation, which is not very convenient

The facilities were good, good location, they did not tell us that they did not do daily cleaning nor did they provide daily towels, when we left we mentioned it to the girl at the reception and she told us that she forgot to tell us, that there were clean towels in a locker that there is at reception.

La habitación es linda pero si te quieres acostar en la cama a ver televisión olvídalo habrá un armario que no te dejará ver nada ó te dejará ver la mitad de la pantalla, te quejas por x ó y motivo, lo único que recibes en la recepción es una persona que te va hablar muy tosco, puede llegar hacer un poco respondona, sin importar como le hables. Por último olvidate reservar a la hora que necesites el hotel tiene un horario de 2 pm a 11 am...o sea llegas a Madrid a las 10.00 am o 11 am, lo siento el hotel no te permitirá el acceso hasta las 2 de la tarde e igualmente si quieres llegas a las 10.00 pm ó 12.00 pm tendrás que desalojar a la 11.00 am Mientras no estuvo mal tiene buena cama y buenas almohadas, el baño es lindo.....en general la habitación y el hotel es bonito pero tienes que aceptar los horarios del hotel. Llegues tarde o temprano tendras que adaptarte al horario del hotel
