Overall a very average hotel. The service is also quite unique. We can speak Spanish. Whether on the phone or at the front desk, the staff insisted on using English during many communications. The most embarrassing thing is that as a service industry, its laundry room only exists from Monday to Thursday. When I go on Fridays and weekends, I can only go outside to find the laundry room. And there is never any mention of laundry among the services provided on the hotel's website! I highly doubt they are deceiving consumers.

The room was nice, everything was good. The hotel service was not good. I booked 2 rooms for 3 days. I didn't check in on the second day. The hotel sold the room I was staying in. As a result, I returned to the hotel very late on the third day. I had to communicate with the hotel to find a room for me. Luckily there was nothing important in the room, otherwise it would be dangerous.

This hotel is OK. We arrived at 11 o'clock yesterday. The hotel is surrounded by ***, which is a bit scary. It is close to the Bernabeu Stadium.

This is the first time I have come across such a bad Hilton Hotel. The facade is hard to find. It takes half a day to check in. The efficiency is too slow. The equipment in the room is outdated. There is not even a bathtub. The shower is not blocked. The toilet paper is soaked. The washbasin is small and low. It is difficult to avoid touching the basin with the towel. The taxi cannot enter the hotel gate. It is not suitable for a hotel that costs nearly 300 euros a day. The price-performance ratio is low. Bad review.

The best thing about this hotel is the buffet breakfast! The location is good, the price is quite high. The rooms are very good and the beds are comfortable. I would return!
