The reception was warm and thoughtful, the room was clean and comfortable, the subway was right outside, the square was nearby, it was very convenient for traveling in the bustling city, I will stay here again next time I go to Madrid

Hotel with an excellent location, in the heart of Gran Vía. The attention of the staff was very good. They have a terrace on the ninth floor with good views of the Gran Vía, where you can have a drink and enjoy the tranquility (something difficult in this city).
They gave us a renovated room and we cannot take any inconvenience from it, it was spacious, with a huge bathroom and everything was very clean.
We will definitely be back.

Lovely building on Gran Via. Central location. Easy access to all of the sights. The room was excellent with great views. A bit noisy at times as it is on the busiest street in Madrid. Electric shutters baffles out the noise. Lovely quiet roof terrace to share a sundowner. Staff were excellent. Professional, discreet, helpful. Breakfast was additional for €12. A great way to start the day quietly before the bustle. From north east of England, there are no direct good value flights. For not much extra we found a holiday package which included 5 nights in a four star hotel!

We have stayed in this beautiful hotel for 7 days until today and I must say it was up to our expectations in every way. The room was spacious and comfortable with the air conditioning being on top and cleaning ladies do the best they can to keep us clean with changing sheets and towels everyday . In the breakfast room there is a gentleman moving like the air to meet your expectations. The gentlemen in the front desk are the he best, always the here to look after you for your safety and all! Thank you very much and we will sure be back next summer.

Excellent service, breakfast, and beautiful quiet room. Loved our stay in Madrid and a big thank you to the front desk in their help finding my husbands backpack left on the hop on/off bus!!!
