It was great, staffs were nice, although I’ve waited about 10minutes to check in, but staffs are extremely friendly and supportive, 24 hours reception, and you have everything you need in this hostel!

It was conveniently located near Atocha station. However, the air conditioning was broken and it was hot in August.
I didn't feel the common room was clean!

All very well. The staff is super attentive and always willing to help, you can leave your luggage on the day of departure, the facilities are very new; and you have a locker with a key that they provide you right there! Everything is great
