Los apartamentos son cómodos y silenciosos. Muy cerca de los lugares de “ la movida madrileña” - bares, restaurantes, tiendas de ropa. A pasos del Madrid histórico y del centro neurálgico de la ciudad: la fabulosa Gran Vía. Gente por doquier y la amabilidad de los españoles.

He estado alojado durante unos días en Junio en el ático y la experiencia ha sido muy positiva. Apartamento cómodo, totalmente equipado, incluso con una terracita, bien ubicado... Sin embargo, como punto de mejora me gustaría decir que el baño, concretamente la ducha, requieren de una reforma: el espacio, la apariencia, la falta de presión del agua.. Es una pena pero desmerece totalmente el resto del apartamento.

El apartamento está muy céntrico,a 10 minutos de Gran Vía, en una calle silenciosa. Es amplio y bien climatizado. El sofá cama no está mal. El baño necesita un mantenimiento más profundo. La ducha tiene los perfiles un poco enmohecidos y el marco de madera de la puerta está muy estropeado. La limpieza en el baño deja mucho que desear. El resto del piso está muy bien. En la cocina tienes de todo el menaje necesario para cocinar. Para el precio que hemos pagado me esperaba que todo estuviera totalmente impecable.

En una situación privilegiada. Céntrico y tranquilo. Cerca del mercado San Miguel. La calle del Codo se caracteriza por lo tranquila y céntrica a la vez. Muy bien gusto en la decoración moderna, y muy cómodo. Con todas las prestaciones que puedes necesitar en un apartamento vacacional. Para familias, amigos o parejas. La camas son cómodas y el baño muy bien equipado

La posizione dell’appartamento è eccezionale così come la pulizia, gli spazi sono ampi e ha le giuste dotazioni, comprese lavatrice e lavastoviglie. Il check-in è semplicissimo e le istruzioni inviate sono ben chiare. Nonostante si trovi in una zona piena di negozi e locali risulta silenzioso. A pochi passi vi sono supermercati e buoni café dove fare colazione. Tutti i luoghi di interesse sono raggiungibili a piedi o in brevi tragitti con i mezzi. Non ho dato il massimo solo perché sì iniziano a vedere i segni del tempo, soprattutto in bagno, ma da ora in poi sarà il nostro alloggio a Madrid.

it is very neat and the center of the city. Checkin is over whatsapp. Very prompt service and response. It is also very close to several restaraunts. You can walk to most attractions. Highly recommneded.
