The hotel is in a good location, just opposite the Prado Museum, within walking distance to the three major museums and the Puerta del Sol. There is a cafe downstairs for dining, and the price is not expensive. The front desk staff is very enthusiastic. I arrived too early, so I stored my luggage and went out for a walk. I checked in after 3 pm.
The room is very regular, not very big, and the terrace is very narrow, so only one person can barely stand. You don’t have to choose a room with a terrace. There are toothbrushes, disposable slippers, and an electric kettle in the room, which is pretty good. The twin rooms here have two beds next to each other, which is different from those in China. The hotel is not big, but the decoration is very artistic and the soundproofing is very good. Although it is facing the street, it is not noisy at night.
I checked out and went to Barcelona, so it was very convenient to store my luggage here. When I came back, the front desk helped me call a taxi. The overall service was good.

Location was great. Actually, it was perfect. Room was big and lovely. Quite atmospheric really. The breakfast was off the scale good. Could have done with more staff working in the morning but I can't complain about the staff there as they were good. If and when I come back to Madrid I would definitely come back here.

O Hotel esta bem localizado perto dos museus mais importantes de Madri e varios bares e restaurantes por perto.O quarto é amplo limpo e o banheiro otimo.Gostamos do café da manha e do Leon que nos atendeu mto bem.Na recepcao fomos recebidos pelo Javier que nos atendeu mto bem e com mta educacao.Com toda certeza recomendo este hotel.

Una estancia perfecta, desde el primer momento fueron super amables, tanto el chico que daba los desayunos como en recepción Manuel y Javier, nos dijeron varios sitios para cenar y genial , seguro repetiremos ! A destacar la limpieza de la habitación !

Hotel muy bien situado cerca de los principales museos. Excelente calidad precio, personal amable y atento y digno de mencionar el desayuno las habitaciones de diseño moderno y si tienes oportunidad hazte un masaje en el spa (se agradece enormemente después de un largo día de museos)

Un hotel muy agradable, limpio y acogedor. Justo lo que buscas cuando vas de vacaciones. Ubicación inmejorable, lo mejor, el personal de la recepción. Manuel fue muy atento con nosotros en todo momento, recomendando lugares que visitar y donde comer, lo cual se agradece mucho cuando visitas una ciudad nueva. Muy recomendable!! Repetiría sin dudar.
