The girl was very kind at checkout, but we had to check in very late at night because we were stuck on the road, and the guy at reception made us feel guilty as if we were bothering him for reserving a room, he told us we were lucky to have a free room and he was very rude. I didn't understand his reaction or the service.

I stayed in 2010, a single room on the fourth floor. Overall it was good, the equipment was old, there were no disposable slippers and toiletries, the air conditioner was old but the performance was good

The best point was that it was close to Barajas Airport, but the road to the hotel was remote and seemed a bit dangerous. I arrived so late that I had to take a taxi because it was dangerous. The facilities were so-so. When going to the airport the next day, it was nice to be able to walk to Barajas Station and quickly travel to the only subway stop.

Very nice, comfortable hotel near the airport (5 mins by taxi) Rooms are clean and cosy, the bathrooms are very modern with bath and shower. Nice view from the velux windows. Quiet area with bars and shops. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Great place to stay if you're using Madrid Barajas airport.

Its very close to the airport and they have many restaurants around but I still believe is a little overprice since the hotel decorations is a little old fashioned but very clean and the guy at the front desk very nice.

The room was very small and had a vintage feel. Most European hotels are very small. However, the front desk was quite nice and they even helped us call a taxi. We had to get up in the middle of the night to catch a flight.

Nous avons payé 104 euros pour une nuit car nous prenions l avion tôt. Bon accueil. Mais c'est tout. Chambre qui sent mauvais, voilages noirs et raidis par la crasse, moquette d un autre siècle sale et élimée et beaucoup trop de cheveux étrangers dans la baignoire ! Les matelas à ressorts sont fatigués et il a fallu déplacer le frigidaire, qui d ailleurs ne fonctionne pas, pour trouver une prise où recharger nos téléphones. Bref. A fuir!
