介於旅館和民宿之間，我被分到的房間大小還行，但床比較窄，衹適合一個人住。性價比很高，位置特別好，在市中心，走路兩分鐘就能到Opera地鐵站旁邊的景區。

Hotel is located in the centre of Madrid on the first floor of a large classic building. There is a small lift, if required, which is quite different.
The room I had was rather small but did have a fidge, large tv and comfortable bed. There is an airco for the summer and in the hall there are kettles and a microwave although for food there are plenty of restaurants around.
Staff is friendly, price bit high but that is due to the central location.

It only takes 10-15 minutes to walk to the Puerta del Sol and the Grand Palace. The sign on the facade is not obvious and it is difficult to find in the residential building. The room is small and the facilities are simple. It is not suitable for families. It is more suitable for singles to go out early and come back late to sleep. Pay breakfast coupons.
