The room was not cleaned properly before we got in, there was hair and dirt everywhere. I asked for extra towels and pillows and I was told you only get the towels you have for your whole stay and will have to pay 11 euros for extra towels.
Property does not have any washing facilities so could not wash the towels we had used.
Some staff were also rude when I asked for things and even directions.
I will NOT stay here again.

I highly recommend this apartment. The sofa bed is also big. It’s a bit wasteful for 2 people. The kitchenware is very complete. There is a Carrefour supermarket diagonally opposite. It’s about a 10-minute walk from the subway station. There is no Chinese service.

Super well located, Legazpi or Cuzco metro. The apartment is very spacious and clean. Unbeatable reception staff. We will return and recommend.
