The hotel's location is ideal, close to the center with access to most activities, even on foot.
The hotel entrance isn't well signposted. Access via email is a bit complicated. The room is spacious. The soundproofing isn't great, and there's a lot of street noise, including passersby, trash cans, and more.
Breakfast is good, but could be a little better in terms of the quantity and quality of the products. Bread, butter, juice, eggs, and more.

Everything was great!! We booked a family room (duplex) and it was spacious, bright, and cozy. Plus, the location couldn't be better. We'll definitely be back!

Disappointed. Has a rubbish collection point just outside our window, where at 12:00 night there are lots of noise generated by truck collecting the rubbish. The air conditioner is not clean for a long time, could see quite lots of dirt inside.
No service at all. You need to use whatsapp to contact service or make complaints. We lived for 5days and need to deal with rubbish by ourselves.
No laundry service or washing machine. fortunately there is a laundry shop near.
Only 4big lockers and 6 small lockers for.whole hotel and always full. We need to tow our luggages with us after checkout.

The location of the hotel is very good, but it is a self-service hotel without a front desk. Check-in is very troublesome and you have to rely on yourself. There is a fee for cleaning during your stay. The air conditioner in the room is basically a decoration. I contacted the hotel and they said the air conditioner has been repaired, but when I went back, I found that they had only added a fan. The room we stayed in was noisy, and there was a garbage truck in the middle of the night which was very scary. The bed was enough for a family of four.

I enjoyed the stay overall, the studio rooms are very comfortable but the customer service is all virtual so they don't have personalized assistance in my opinion, it's good but I would have liked someone to be physically at the reception. 👍🏻
