We really liked our family room for 4 people, it was specious enough, with a kettle, small fridge, separate toilet room and a shower, it was really quiet, which is very important for Madrid. The location is perfect, the reception is 24 hour open, which is great for Europe. The breakfast was included, which is awesome, it was diverse enough and tasty. We have been to 2 other hotels in Madrid and this one is far better than those two, though the price was the same or even higher.

Pontos Bons: Ótima localização e atendimento dos funcionários excelentes. Pontos a melhorar: Pequeno-almoço é bom mas simples. Pontos Ruins: As paredes do nosso quarto não possuíam um bom isolamento acústico. Ouvíamos as conversas e o ronco do hóspede do quarto ao lado durante a madrugada atrapalhando o nosso descanso.

An affordable hotel in the center of Madrid. The room was basic but clean, and I slept well. It faced the interior of the building, but that didn’t bother me. Breakfast was in line with what you’d expect from a 3-star hotel. A good option for a budget-friendly stay in central Madrid.

Отлично за эти деньги! Центр, чистота, вкусный завтрак, тихо и удобно спать, качественный текстиль и ежедневная достойная уборка. Рекомендую! Персонал говорит на английском, за неделю до прибытия даёт ценные рекомендации по транспорту, так как в центр въезд на авто имеет ограничения, но об этом ещё не все знают.
