Don't book, don't book, don't book! 1. The environment is terrible! The hotel is on the street, and there is a construction site at the door. The noise is very loud, even at 10 o'clock in the evening! There are bars all over the roadside, and the noise is noisy. 2. The facilities are old! The room feels very old, and the hair dryer is broken! 3. Discrimination! And I can speak Spanish and English! The room type does not have a balcony as shown in the picture! The last room! And when I checked in, I was sick and needed to rest. It was too noisy, so I asked the hotel if they could help me change the room. The hotel asked to pay 250 euros to change the room. 4. No bottom line! After I said that I would not accept the 250 euro room change and canceled the stay, I was told to move to a small room tonight and move back to my original room type the next night. Let me accept to spend the money of a suite to stay in a small room, speechless 🙄

Me pareció una vergüenza la atención. Las contradicciones del personal en front desk/ conserge. El hotel aparentemente fue vendido, estuve en 4 oportunidades parando allí cuando pasaba por Madrid. Me asombro como bajo el nivel a un hostel. NO VUELVO NI GRATIS. El gerente ( Alejandro) un señor que no sabe lo que es la gestión . Debiera antender un kiosko , con mucho respeto al rubro.

Fui a tomar una copa con unos amigos a la terraza del hotel. Hacía Sol y pedimos que nos pusieran en una mesa a la sombra, ya que estaba medio vacía la terraza, pero nos indicaron que estaban reservadas. Cerca de la mesa había una sombrilla y solicitamos que nos la abrieran. Nos comentaron que tenía que venir el técnico de mantenimiento a abrirla y que estaba muy ocupado. En la hora y cuarto que estuvimos allí no apareció el técnico para abrir la sombrilla. Las copas te las traen servidas, en un hotel y terraza de esta categoría a 15 euros la copa. No sabes si lo que te traen en el vaso es lo que tu has pedido u otra cosa. Estas incomodidades a veces se diluyen si el servicio es aceptable. Pues las camareras no fueron nada agradables.
