The hotel lobby and restaurant are larger than many 4-star hotels in Madrid, and the service staff are very warm and hospitable. Actually, this was a hotel I booked on the last night for the convenience of visiting the royal palace. I didn’t expect too much, but the location, facilities and services of the hotel surprised me.
The room was also large with a huge bed, although the corridor was a bit dark and eerie.
The room provides a small refrigerator and kettle, there is a dressing table, and there is no shelf in the bathroom to put towels.
The only complaint is that the furniture is old so it doesn't feel very clean, and the door doesn't seem to have a lock or chain.

The location is very good, the breakfast is rich, although it is the same every day, but it is already very good in a city where every inch of land is valuable. The hotel is simple but not without high-end aesthetics. I will stay here again next time.

Located in the heart of Madrid, next to Plaza de España and right next door to the Royal Palace! Lots of wonderful restaurants nearby. Rooms were clean and the lobby of the hotel was always immaculate. Would stay here again!
