Although not many facilities, the hotel is neat and tidy for staying. Very convenient location next to metro station and close to supermarkets. There are also plenty of good restaurants within walking distance, especially for Japanese/fusion cuisine.

The cleanliness of the room and common areas was outstanding. The room itself was quite spacious, offering plenty of room to relax and move around comfortably. The location was also ideal, conveniently situated near public transport options, making it easy to reach the city center.
One of the highlights of my stay was the delicious buffet breakfast. It was a great way to start my day and fuel up for my adventures.
However, I would have appreciated the addition of a kettle in the room and complimentary water for guests. This small touch would have made the stay even more comfortable and convenient. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, space, and excellent location!

Central location in the city, many supermarkets and restaurants around, quiet and comfortable, wide view outside the window, new facilities, sockets with Type C and USB charging ports, very user-friendly charging, delicious fruit candy at the front desk, chocolate balls every night (but very sweet), English song BGM in the public area is also very good, overall great

The room was clean and comfortable. There was a welcome drink in the fridge.
It's a little far from the tourist center, but the subway and buses are nearby so it wasn't too inconvenient.
There was also a bathtub, which was very useful in the cold winters of Madrid.
