Ares nos atendió muy bien y fue muy amable. Estuvo a nuestra disposición y nos ayudó con todo lo que pudo. Atendió a lo que le pedimos y se mostró pendiente todo el tiempo. Pasamos un buen fin de semana y la experiencia fue muy buen. Sin duda volveremos! 😊

We had a really good Experience , Esther , Mariana, Elisa really nice people and helpful , the only thing i didnt like was the noise from the room upstairs , midnight they were making suitcases and a lot of walking , to much noise , but i really want to thanks one more time to Mariano, Elisa and Esther for beeing so nice with my and my family ♥️

Hotel céntrico, muy cómodo y seguro. Limpieza muy buena y atención excelente. Habitación cómoda y baño amplio. El desayuno bueno. Nada de ruido , se puede dormir y descansar bien. Muy cerca tinenes todos los comercios para compras y recreación y puedes ir caminando a mucho lugares. La movilidad en transporte público también es muy cercana.

Excelente ubicación e instalaciones, el personal muy gentil y dispuesto a ayudarte en todo momento. Puedes disfrutar del desayuno que disponen para los huéspedes , aunque es opcional. A pasos de la gran vía y plaza España, cercano al metro y movilización en la puerta.

Todo perfecto. El desayuno está bastante bien. Todo muy limpio y la señorita que atiende en el desayuno es un encanto. No puedo decir nada negativo. La cama es muy cómoda y la habitación es muy acogedora. Además también dispone de Netflix por si deseas descansar en la cama y te apetece ver una película.

Muy buena habitación y excelente trato. Ubicación perfecta, centro de Madrid. Precio de la habitación genial, si bien es cierto que otra noche más se encarecia. Pero no nos hizo falta. Contratamos una noche debido a una estafa de una inmobiliaria en Madrid .
