Nuestra estancia en el hotel Petit Palace Plaza del Carmen ha sido fantástica. Al ser una habitación para 4, era bastante espaciosa. Las camas y las almohadas, comodísimas. La ubicación del hotel, súper céntrica y cerca tanto de la Gran Vía como de la Puerta del Sol. En cuanto al desayuno, aunque el espacio de buffer era pequeño, no faltaba de nada, y los productos eran de calidad. Pero sin duda, lo mejor de todo, la atención del personal. Mónica, la recepcionista que nos atendió, fue muy atenta con nosotros, resolvió todas las nuestras dudas y siempre con una sonrisa. Esperamos volver a quedarnos ahí pronto. Muy muy recomendable.

The hotel was so centrally located. Comfortable room. Housekeeping was very good. The hotel is located Near the plaza del sol and gran via. I probably wouldn’t get the hotel breakfast as it seems overpriced. Monica in the front desk was great!!

Inmejorable ubicación. Excelente limpieza y atención del personal, especialmente Ares, Marta y Silvina , me ayudaron con info de servicios turísticos, incluso me ayudaron a gestionarlos. El hotel ofrece pequeños grandes mimos como servicio de agua de pepino y limón , hielo permanentemente o diversas opciones de tés en el lobby ; también dejan, sin cargo, botella de agua de bienvenida en la habitación. Un solo detalle, que no es muy relevante, pero es bueno tenerlo en cuenta: la habitación que alquilé tenía el techo inclinado, y se accedía por una escalera, sinceramente , no es una habitación apta para estar muy cargado o ser mayor de edad, es difícil subir la escalera caracol con valija grande. En resumen; VOY A VOLVER A ESTE HERMOSO HOTEL EN MI PRÓXIMA VISITA A MADRID, GRACIAS !!
