When booking the room, I was told that there were four guests going to the airport at 4:30 in the morning! But when I arrived in the morning, I was told that there was only one seat available! Isn't this a rip-off? Fortunately, it was not far from the airport, so it was very convenient to call an Uber! Otherwise, it would be terrible!

The room facilities are not new, but they are OK. There is a kettle.
We chose this place specifically because it is close to the airport. We booked a free shuttle bus to the airport, but we missed it because we were 2 minutes late. Then the hotel helped us call a taxi, which took 3 minutes to get to the airport and charged us 20 euros! The meter was deliberately covered, which was a bit of a rip-off.
So be sure not to miss the shuttle bus.

Stayed one night in transit in Madrid, the room and bathroom were spacious. If you have an early flight the next day, this is the right room for you. Although there are other cheaper hotels near the airport, there are only two or three hotels that provide shuttle buses to the airport at 4:30 in the morning. Just think of it as using the taxi budget to book a better room, have a good rest before setting off again!

Services. There is no staff available to provide support with luggage. Providing the luggage cart helps, however I was expecting help from people to carry the luggage.
Airport transfer. Efficient service, however same problem. There is no one to help load the luggage onto the bus that takes you to the airport.
Bathroom. There is a transparent door in the bathtub that DOES NOT prevent the water from escaping from the bathtub, the floor ends up completely wet and in danger of slipping.
