Muy funcional y ajustado en precio, atención en recepción rápida y correcta , las habitaciones cuidadas y con wifi y aire acondicionado que funciona bien . Relativamente próximo a Plaza de Castilla y en una zona no demasiado ruidosa . En definitiva un hotel de tres estrellas bastante digno

The receptionist is really friendly, kind and supportive. He can speak well both English and Spanish, there's no problem about communication. The room is clean and well-prepared. It's located quite near center, takes around 10mins by metro and there are many supermarkets around.

Muy agradable , accesible, limpio, bien ubicado y bien cuidado Bien comunicado. Con tiendas y comercios cercanos. La recepción muy amables. Cuando he hablado por teléfono me han explicado todo estupendamente. El hotel no es muy grande pero eso le hace más acogedor.
