When come back to hotel the 2nd day. The door is open. It might be someone who clean the room then forgot to close the door. I wa quite worried that if all my stuff was safe, luckily my luggage is till there. The. In the 3rd morning around 9:00am, Someone directly open the door while I was brush my teeth, and 10am someone knocked my door again, which is crazy!!! And when I checkout and explain these experiences to the receiption lady, she presented do not understand after I explained 10times, when she understood, she said why you didn’t tell us yesterday? It’s seems that all the things happened is our fault but with any apologies, It’s really a very unpleasant journey. I definitely do not recommend this hotel to anybody.

Overall it's ok. There's a supermarket next to it, and you can eat there. But after living there for a week, I feel like the cleaning is not done very seriously. Also, the elevator card is not easy to swipe.

The location of the hotel is not very convenient. It takes 25 minutes to walk to the subway. The surrounding area is a bit desolate, but there are some restaurants and small supermarkets. The hotel is very clean and the room cleaner will put the clothes and items in order.

The room is not big, but it is OK in Madrid. It is located in the high-tech zone next to Madrid, surrounded by telecommunications companies. It is very close to the supermarket, and you need to take a taxi to the city. I have lived in Madrid for 8 years and come here often because my company is nearby.

The room is not big and the air conditioner is not hot enough. Madrid is still a bit cold in the rainy weather. There is an underground parking lot, which is convenient for self-driving, but the fee is higher (16 euros).

It is a 10-minute walk from the subway station. You can take the Line 10 subway or tram and go to the city center in half an hour. It is a relatively convenient location. There is a large supermarket next to it, and the hotel meets holiday standards. The room is not very big, but the bathroom is not small.

The surrounding environment is very good and quiet! There are many restaurants and supermarkets, which are delicious! The room facilities are relatively simple. It is the most rudimentary holiday inn I have ever stayed in😅
