Почитала отзывы перед заселением и немного переживала, но - отель превзошёл все мои ожидания. На стене размещено несколько кнопок - закрыть окно, закрыть шторы, кнопка ночи и кнопка дня. Всё это создает ощущение полной тишины для полноценного отдыха. Ресторан в отеле предлагает изысканные блюда, завтрак на 1 этаже прекрасен. Если буду снова в Мадриде, обязательно остановлюсь тут снова.

Comfortable bed to sleep in but the framing jutted out, which we did bump into. The AC, tv, and fridge worked well. The hotel's facilities were good. Excellent restaurant and bar. Each floor was designed differently, which was interesting to see. The room itself was a bit stylish but not so practical. I was a bit scared the toilet was going to come off the wall every time I used it. The glass door for the shower did not close all the way. The lighting for the bathroom mirror was not great, so applying makeup was an issue. Hair dryer was bad, so we didn't use it.

Terrible experience. The facilities were outdated and the room had an unpleasant atmosphere. I also found it very difficult to communicate with the front desk in English. This hotel did not meet my expectations for a five-star hotel — it was far worse than a four-star hotel I stayed at in Barcelona. I paid a €50 deposit at check-in and, one week later, still haven’t received a refund despite multiple calls. Very frustrating — judging by other Google Maps reviews, I’m not the only one. Not recommended at all.
