Es un 5* al que le sobra una, la recepción para hacer el check in siempre está colapsada. Hay que echarle paciencia. Las instalaciones sin de diseño pero empiezan a estar viejunas. El desayuno no es de nivel, falta producto de calidad.

Nos ha gustado mucho la estancia en el hotel. Recibimiento exquisito por el personal. La habitación impoluta y espaciosa. A mejorar la calidad de las almohadas y la calidad del desayuno. Aunque es correcto, para un hotel de esta categoría esperas más calidad y variedad en los productos. No merece la pena los 30€ que cuesta por persona.

Disappointing to say the least. Definitely not a 5 star hotel.
The so-called "design" hotel is just a con to begin with. Very standard room, nothing remarkable.
Room service was dismal. Awful. I was told I could scan a QR code to ser the menu. It didn't work. I tried calling reception. No reply. I went down to reception, after a while they took the order, a simple pizza.
I waited an hour, it didn't come. I just went to sleep. I gave up as I was fed up. Then they knocked at the door. Almost 3am. Hey. Pizza is ready! 30 euros.
Waste of 30 euros as of course I didn't eat it at that time. I was so fed up with the general service I didn't even complain at check-out, even though I shouldn't pay for that. I'll try over email.
Standard facilities. Swimming pool wasn't open. "Observatory" (skydeck) wasn't open.

A very good hotel but some hotel facilities are not qualify for 5 stars rating.
But good location with subway station nearby, good services and good breakfast.
All hotel staffs are friend and willing to help !
