Go for Airbnb instead this hotel if you are looking for any services. Nothing like hotel experience except paid breakfast. Overpriced.

Geographical location: There is a taxi stop at the door, and the subway station is just across the road. The transportation is very convenient.
Sanitation and facilities: The sanitation is good; the sound insulation of the hotel is very poor. When watching TV at night, the neighbors knocked on the wall. It is best to wear earplugs when sleeping.
There is a small restaurant on the first floor of the hotel. There is also a small restaurant opposite that opens at 7 o'clock. It is very cheap and you don't need to include breakfast in the hotel.
The Toledo Gate next to it is one of the four ancient gates in Madrid, and it comes with an additional attraction.

The location and hotel environment including breakfast are very good. The only drawback is that there is no kettle. If you want to eat instant noodles, you have to go to the lobby to find water. This is a bit uncomfortable for Chinese people.

The room was very clean and we could see Puerta de Toledo from the window.
When I told them that I had to check out earlier than breakfast time, they gave me a paper bag with a drink, bread, apple, and yogurt to go out in the morning.
There was a taxi stand right in front of the hotel, and there seemed to be several taxis waiting at all times, so I didn't have to bother calling even early in the morning.
Amenities include towels, shampoo, and a hair dryer.
No toothbrush. There was nothing special.

Excellent hotel, it is my point of reference in Madrid when I travel for work, there is the metro a few meters from the hotel. If you then feel like walking, in 15 minutes you can reach Plaza Mayor going up Calle Toledo. The breakfast is decent and worth having, you can face the day better with a full stomach. I recommend the hotel to everyone.
