Was not expecting much from what is essentially a budget hotel in Madrid. I was very pleasantly surprised. Very pleasant and polite check in experience, spacious room with a Juliet balcony, bathroom with powerful shower, small desk, safe, ok breakfast. Everything was pretty basic, but it had everything I needed for my two night stay. The location is ideal with plenty of bars and restaurants on the doorstep and a couple of metro stations within a 10 min walk in any direction. I probably will stay here again as I don’t think I’d be able to get much better for the price. There are a couple of opportunities for improvement: There were shutters over the windows and no curtains, so if you’re sensitive to the light, you may get woken up earlier than you want to be by the sunlight. (Didn’t bother me as I had to be up early anyway, but I did notice it so I would suggest bringing an eye mask) The shower gel dispenser was empty (didn’t matter to me as I had my own toiletries, but it does point to a potential lack of attention to detail.) I think considering the location, I can happily recommend. (Already have, actually)

Un hostal carisimo,servicio pésimo nos dieron una habitación que la cama estaba el cabecero en una ventana y nos entraba toda la luz en los ojos con la cortina caida que dejaba pasar la luz al amanecer,lo comunicamos a la recepción y no hicieron nada.El comedor el desayuno bastante escaso poca variedad,las camareras eran poco amables y te persiguen haber que comes que haces...en fin no me a pasado nunca en ningun hotel esto.En resumidas cuentas caro y servicio pésimo.¡¡¡¡UN HOSTAL QUE NO RECOMENDARIA A NADIE!!!!

posizione centrale (a piedi in pochi minuti alla metro e alla Puerta del Sol), buona colazione, camera spaziosa con un comodo letto hanno reso ‘super’ il soggiorno … appena fuori dall’hostal si possono trovare vari locali … cosa non indifferente: alla reception sono cordiali e disponibili
