This is my second time staying in this hotel in Madrid. The room rate during the Christmas peak season is twice that of July. After the price increase, I feel that it is not commensurate with the accommodation environment. The hotel facilities are more like a fast hotel. There are no disposable slippers and toothbrushes. The sound insulation is not good. The good thing is that the breakfast is quite rich. It is not far from various attractions.

The hotel staff opened my door immediately after knocking my door for 1 sec. Didn't allow time for me to react and straight step into my room while I am still in the room. There is no drinking water given. Also, when I asked for kettle (which is very common for hotel to provide it together with tea bag and coffee), the reception told me that I have to rent it from them. It costs Euro 5 for the kettle.
