The hotel has convenient transportation and is only a 10-minute walk from the train station. There is a large supermarket across the street from the hotel, making it very convenient to buy anything. There is also a Parma ham specialty store nearby, selling 6 large bags for 20 euros, which is great value.

I really liked the bathroom, the number of towels, and the location close to the train station!! The only downside is that there are no slippers (of course all European accommodations don't have them, but I forgot to bring my own...) and the lack of soundproofing?? But my friend and I are good sleepers, so we slept well!

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of Atocha train station and metro stations, Prado Museum and Retiro Park. There are restaurants and shops nearby.
The reception staff is nice. There is an option to ask for a kettle in the room, so they offered to take hot water from the hotel bar.
The rooms are quite spacious and clean, but the design is old-fashioned. Wi-Fi worked.
The bed was comfortable, the linen was nice. The windows were on the street, but there was no noise at all.
