The hotel is very good and the location is good, just near the top of Gran Vía. Although the exterior is under renovation, it does not affect the stay at all. The service is also good. We booked a family suite at a good price. The room was really big and the kids loved it! The breakfast area was not too big and the food was OK. It was not far from the subway station, and there were shopping malls and supermarkets near the subway station. It took about 15 minutes to walk to Plaza de España.
