Es un clásico hotel NH, y el nivel de calidad se ajusta a la mayoría de hoteles de esta cadena. No hay motivos de queja acerca de la calidad de la habitación y de la atención del personal, si bien se aprecia un cierto "olvido" relativo al trato a los clientes miembros del programa Discovery. No es que sea algo a lo que yo de una importancia extrema, pero es la propia empresa la que insiste en preguntar en sus encuestas de satisfacción si el trato recibido se ajusta a la condición de miembro de dicho programa, por lo que supongo que les interesará conocer este punto. Por lo demás, el hotel es bueno, y la atención de los empleados también

Estancia excelente Unos días muy buenos en este hotel, lo primero a destacar gracias al trato del personal, en especial de Juan en recepción, cuya atención fue cercana y profesional. Nada más entrar, la temperatura y el aroma del ambiente nos encantó. La habitación y el baño estaban muy limpios, con amenities de gran calidad que superan las expectativas. Un desayuno muy equilibrado y fresco. La zona es ideal para disfrutar de la gastronomía: muchos bares y restaurantes al lado. El hotel es silencioso y perfecto para descansar. Sin duda, es un hotel que ofrece mucho más de lo que su categoría oficial indica. Repetiremos sin pensarlo.

El hotel esta muy bien situado en el corazón de Chamberí. El personal de recepción dedtaca por su innegable amabilidad. Tan solo comentar que la insonorización del hotel no funciona. Estuve alojado en la primera planta en una habitación exterior, y dado que el hotel está junto a una discoteca, estuve oyendo música hadta las 6 de la mañana. Una pena.
