NH Madrid Ventas

No me gustó el hecho de que tenía 2 habitaciones reservadas desde Octubre del 2024, y a mis compañeros le dieron una habitación con cama de matrimonio (solicitada desde el día de la reserva) , con cafetera, albornoz y zapatillas. Mientras que a mí me dieron una de 2 camas y sin todo lo anterior. Cuando fui a solicitarlo a recepción, sin mucha empatía me soltaron la de albornoz y zapatillas es para habitaciones superiores y la cama doble es según disponibilidad y la cafetera están realizando mejoras y algunas habitaciones no tienen. En fin, poca profesionalidad para un hotel de 4 estrellas. La piscina es un plus para poder refrescarte en la calurosa Madrid, pero la zona del jardín necesita estar más cuidada. El bar con unos precios carísimos. En general si no pagas mucho la relación calidad precio es buena.

The staff is very polite and responsive: at my request, they quickly brought an iron, the water in the room was constantly replenished. However, there are also significant minuses. The main one is the location. The hotel is very far from the center, I had to go by bus every day. It's good that the bus stop is close, a two-minute walk away. Next, I found it strange how the beds were made. The blanket is simply wrapped in a sheet on both sides, without a duvet cover. Perhaps this is a local peculiarity, but I found it very uncomfortable. And finally, the prices in the hotel, especially for food, are unreasonably high. A cup of coffee costs 4.40 euros, while in a neighboring cafe you can drink coffee with a croissant for 3 euros. As for the main dishes, the portions are very small, and the prices are steep. For 17 euros they brought me one small squid, cut into four pieces. I was left hungry. Overall, I wouldn't recommend eating at the hotel restaurant - it's expensive and there's not much. Overall, the hotel is not bad, but due to the location and prices, I would only recommend it to those who are looking for a quiet holiday away from the hustle and bustle of the city, are not limited in budget and want to use the pool.
