Location: Good location, right at the T-junction, very close to Puerta del Sol, very convenient for subway travel; there is a good medium-sized supermarket diagonally opposite the left side of the hotel, with a wide variety of items.

The hotel is conveniently located to the subway station/different attractions such as the Grand Palace, museums, etc. The room was clean and generally comfortable. Didn't have a chance to try the hotel breakfast.

The location is good. The room is small but reasonable. The stairs and patio are beautiful. The balcony in the room is good for taking pictures, but it is really pitifully small. This is the case with all Spanish hotels, unless you rent a room in a B&B. But everything you need is there.
You can skip breakfast, there are many delicious restaurants around.

The waiter's attitude is very good, very friendly and helpful. The hotel is also very clean and hygienic. The space is large and the stairwell is beautiful. There is a food and shopping street just a few steps away. I will choose this place again next time I go there.

A charming hotel with heritage: wooden steps, lion statue, decoration and cosy courtyard. A great service rendered by Sonnia. Very welcoming, attentive, efficient and had a great smile. Breakfast was great too! However, the housekeeping can be better (stains spotted on floor and table) and the bathroom facility is worn-out.
