It's very close to Atocha station and easy to access from the airport. It's helpful when you have a lot of heavy luggage.
The bus stop is nearby so it's convenient to go to the city center, and it's also close to the Prado Museum, which is within walking distance, so it was great.
They were happy to store my luggage after check-out.
There were no amenities that were particularly excessive or lacking, so I'd give it a 3.

The location is right at Atocha station, just across a big road, very convenient
The room was very clean and now rarely provided with slippers, very comfortable!
