I had several issues during my recent stay. First, the bus service was difficult to access, making transportation a hassle. Upon check-in, the front desk manager was rushing through the process, which led to him giving us the wrong room. When I returned to address the mistake, he publicly insisted in front of at least 15 people that I was wrong and refused to help until I waited at the back of the line. After a 10-minute wait, he realized his mistake and finally gave us the correct room keys.
Furthermore, while in the lobby, we witnessed an unsettling incident where an older couple was robbed. The security presence was minimal, and when asked about security cameras, the staff informed us that they don’t use cameras because they believe guests prefer privacy. This lack of security made us feel unsafe.
After all this, we had less than 10 minutes to order food, and the bartender, who initially seemed a bit rough, eventually provided better service. However, the overall atmosphere felt seedy, and the lack of proper security only added to our discomfort. Even during checkout, the manager reminded us about the bus, but that part of the service was inconsistent as well.
