What we liked most was the comfort of the beds. The hotel is very clean and both in the room and in the common areas there is a very good temperature, thanks to the air conditioning.
The aspect that needs improvement would be the water pressure in the shower, which is weak.

Very hard to find the hotel as it is hidden inside the train station. Parking offered by hotel is not hotel parking and is paid but over the road in a terrible location to find and decifer how to get back to the hotel. For public transportation this hotel is good if need to catch a train the next day.

Excellent location if you travel by train, as it is right next to Chamartín station.
Very good service from both reception staff and restaurant staff.
