酒店的隔音實在是太差了，朝着馬路的房間實在是太差了，一整晚不停歇，睡不好覺；酒店的服務還是可以蠻到位的

酒店位置極佳，就在提森博物館對面，離普拉多博物館步行三分鐘，離太陽門廣場步行也就七八分鐘。附近多個地鐵口，阿託查也是步行可到。周邊吃的很多，買東西也很方便。定的家庭房，房間不大，但有兩層，帶個露台，適合帶兩個小孩的家庭。

The staff are super friendly and welcoming. I was delighted with the hotel's location, as it is in the heart of Madrid and close to all the city's key areas. Due to the hotel's traditional nature, the walls are very thin, so I could hear guests in other rooms, which meant I didn't sleep as well as usual. The gym is small with no treadmill (only 3 machines). Overall, a pleasant stay and great value for money, but it is more like a 4-star hotel as opposed to a 5-star hotel
