The hotel turned out to be perfect for my 5day trip to Madrid. The room was spacious and clean, very well-lit, with electric kettle, fridge and complement water available in the room. The location is great, it is literally just a few steps from the hotel to line 5 El Carmen station. City center ia easily accessible on foot if you like walking. Also easy to take the subway to the airport. There are shops and supermarkets on the same street next to the hotel. The reception staff all speak English very well and are helpful. All in all, very safisfied with my stay.

Simply wow!!! The hotel is fantastic! Location, room, bed, bathroom—everything was top-notch! I would definitely come again!
The reception staff could just be friendlier... I didn't feel welcome during check-in and check-out... :(
