This hostel is a good deal. Called a hostel but it was really a hotel. Very modern bathroom, comfortable bed, and 24-hour front desk. It is located directly next to Callao metro station with all the highlights of this part of the city within walking distance. No shortage of restaurants and bars, but also theaters, bakeries, parks, and shopping. The only negative was how easily noise from the hallway was heard in the room.

Great location, wonderful breakfast, comfortable beds, and a clean room. The best part is the terrace cafeteria and views of the Madrid skyline!

The location and breakfast were the only good things. The staff was rude and unfriendly; they couldn't keep track of anything. The stairs were enough to give you a heart attack, and the elevator was broken during Holy Week. It was horrible. I wouldn't recommend it. The walls were paper thin, and you could even hear it when you were in the bathroom. I won't be back.

Points positifs : Emplacement parfait à deux pas du métro Très propre, ménage fait tous les jours parfaitement bien Vue sur la place Points négatifs : Quand on arrive on ne sait même pas que c’est un hôtel, immeuble désuet, en fait à chaque étage un hôtel différent… Parties communes sales, ascenseur qui sent le moisi Accueil vraiment pas terrible, le personnel ne parle pas ni français ni anglais Quand on sort ou quand on rentre, pas de bonjour, ils ne prennent même pas la peine de lever la tête du desk. Très mal insonorisé, on entend tout, douche, sonnerie de l’entrée, chasse d’eau etc… Aucune explications sur le petit déjeuner, ni sur l’accès à la terrasse. Chambre, sans aucune décoration, pas de mobilier ou presque. Il faut demander pour avoir du linge de toilette. Dans l’entrée, machine à café sans capsules (pendant 4 jours) idem pour le distributeur de boissons, vide durant le séjour

It’s no 5 star hotel but it did the job - right in the middle of town. Amazing views at the roof top. Walking distance to everything. So many restaurants and souvenir stores. Elevator only holds 3 people due to weight restriction so plan ahead. Hotel is on the 7th floor. No complaints at all. Only stayed in the room to sleep And shower.
