Very good option for connection. You can walk to the hotel in about 25 minutes if you don't have much luggage. It is surrounded by all kinds of businesses 2 blocks away and a shopping center. There is no subway and that is a problem if you want to go to Madrid. Prices vary a lot. In December I stayed for 97 euros per night compared to Madrid, which costs 120 or 150 euros for a two-star hotel. I liked it for two nights and then going to Japan as I did from Argentina. I recommend it, although I would look for one with free transfer to the airport and close to subway line 5. Photos of the area.
