Staying at this hotel in Madrid was a real bummer. I didn't look at the store's photos carefully before ordering, so I may have ordered it hastily. When I checked in, I found that the room facilities were even worse than those of a small hotel. There was a small window, but when it was opened, there was still a wall, and the room was very cold and damp. The bed sheets were worn out and had bugs in them.
