The hotel room is small but well-equipped. But I don't recommend this hotel at all because the front desk staff is very unprofessional. The door lock of my room suddenly broke and I couldn't open it by swiping my card. I had to go to my friend's room to call the front desk. The front desk kept asking me if the door of the connecting room couldn't be opened. But there was no door between my friend's room and my room, not a connecting room! Later, he finally said that he would call someone up to fix it immediately, but no one came after 10 minutes. I finally had no choice but to go downstairs to the front desk in my pajamas. The staff member said very arrogantly that our hotel was full today and we had a lot of guest needs to deal with. I couldn't understand it. Doesn't your hotel have any work manual to tell you what kind of things need to be dealt with urgently? Is it more urgent to send shower caps to other guests than to deal with guests being locked out of the room? Very unprofessional hotel!
I booked 2 rooms, quite small but well organized. What’s beyond absurd was the lock of my door was broken so I got locked outside of my own room on New Year’s Eve! I had to go to my friend’s room and called front desk, but he pretended he didn’t understand and kept asking me was it the interconnecting door couldn’t open. Come on, there’s no interconnecting door between room 620 and 619!! Be professional ok?! Finally he said he would send someone up to fix it, then I waited for 10mins and no one showed up. After I made the second call and still no one showed up, I decided to come down to the reception in my PAJAMAS! Yes I was locked outside of my room for more than 10 mins in my pajamas in winter!!! And the man at the front desk who answered my call was very arrogant and told me “our hotel is fully booked today, we have to attend to so many needs”. I was outrages at his word. Doesn’t your hotel have some kind of procedures to decide what kind of request from guests is urgent and need to be dealt with in priority? Is someone got locked outside of their room is lowest priority compare to someone requesting a shower cap something? THIS IS THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAD IN HOTELS AROUND THE WORLD!
