The soundproofing is extremely poor. Even in the middle of the night, there were people talking loudly, and I could hear everything from above clearly. If you're looking for quiet, don't stay here. The service at this hotel is the worst of all the hotels I've stayed in Spain. The room wasn't refilled with mineral water after cleaning. I called to ask for it, and they told me to go get it myself at the front desk. Based on other reviews, this hotel discriminates against Asians, deliberately giving them subpar rooms. There was construction going on right outside the hotel, making for a truly unwelcoming atmosphere.

房間：定的是deluxe room with balcony，但是房間還是比較小，浴室小，陽台出不去。還有酒店的走廊很像辦公場所或者工廠…
噪音：需要關注，酒店門前近期在修地鐵線路，可能會有噪音打擾，可以要求不正對着道路的。
位置：位置優越，位於atocha車站正對面，地鐵站在門口，非常方便可以去到景點。但是人行過馬路比較複雜。

必須給個大大的好評！ 首先酒店位置非常好 ， 就在阿託查火車站的對面 ，雖然酒店前面的馬路在施工 但晚上睡覺還是非常安靜的！ 其次酒店前台的接待人員都會英語， 很耐心地跟我解釋怎麼步行去乘坐到巴塞隆拿的高鐵！ 當時都已經8:20了 而我們的高鐵是8:57發車！ 衞生OK的 早餐也不錯 室外風景很好！我們一家人都愛吃，衹是確實有點涼！房間不大 正常歐洲酒店房間大小！對於要一早去趕高鐵的人 ，這個酒店真是不二選擇！ 因為步行真的就衹有5分鐘 ，甚至感覺不到5分鐘 酒店大門出門右轉 下到地鐵站 metro 下面 然後跟着指示牌 Atocha railway 就到了 ！
