El personal es muy atento y amable. El hotel estaba muy bien antes porque era barato, y tenía lo básico. Ahora es muchísimo más caro pero no se han renovado las habitaciones. Son pequeñas y muy elementales para el precio que se paga.

When we travel to other capitals, Ibis Budget is our go-to accommodation. The price is lower than other hotels, and we always have a clean room, warm water, fresh towels, and very helpful receptionists. Ibis Budget Las Ventas had a vending machine available 24/7, a dining room, and in-room amenities like a shower, toilet, and sink. Highly recommend this place for budget travelers!

Stayed for a week with my girlfriend. The room is neat, clean and tidy. Every single morning they always tidy up the room and make sure it's always in high standard. The breakfast is all right in a reasonable price. The staff are all helpful and very accommodating. The hotel is just five minutes away from the nearest metro station and there's a lot of nearby cafe, takeaway shop and off license store. Over all, this hotel is highly recommended. Five star rating in a very reasonable and affordable price.

Viajamos 3 días para ver las luces, reservamos en este hotel sinceramente por el precio que tenía para estas fechas y la apariencia. Solo íbamos a ducharnos y a dormir pasábamos el día fuera. Destaco la limpieza como punto más fuerte y el personal muy amable también . Muy bien comunicado tanto metro como autobús y dispone de parking por 12e si eres miembro.
