The room was quite small, but it was enough for one night. The bathroom was more uncomfortable because it was so small. The cleaning was a bit poor, though. But the service was very good, the guy at check in was very friendly. And the location was great.

You feel like you're in a prison and the location is the Bronx, but right in the center.

Nightmare! Disgraceful!
Terrible Experience – Avoid at All Costs
I had an extremely disappointing stay at this property. Here are the major issues I faced:
• No Communication: No one answered the phone or responded to messages on WhatsApp, even when I needed urgent assistance.
• Terrible Check-In: We waited nearly two hours to check in because there was nobody at the property, and it was impossible to get in touch with anyone,
• Room Issues: I booked a double bedroom but was given a twin room. Despite showing my booking confirmation, the hotel refused to acknowledge their mistake, we were waiting to change to the other room from day 1, finally the hotel ignored it, the pictures shown on the website is totally different, it is misleading and misrepresentation of the information from Trip.com.
• Tiny Room: The room was so small, it felt like staying in a box—completely unacceptable for the price paid.
• No Support: If you have any problems during your stay, don’t expect anyone to help. It’s a huge safety risk, especially in case of emergencies like a fire or accident.
Overall, this was an extremely terrible experience, and I would strongly advise others to avoid this property. It’s not worth the stress or risk!

When we arrived at the hotel, there was no receptionist at all, and the door was locked and we couldn't get in! I called them several times and got hung up on several times. It was a terrible stay! ! !

The location is perfect, because it is next to Gran Vía, as for the facilities, the beds are very uncomfortable, the shower is small and without a screen, so when you wash your hair all the water comes out and you wet a towel.

Honestly, it is in somewhat terrible and deteriorated conditions, the bad smells from the street come in....otherwise, the bed is very comfortable and to be quiet it is fine and also sometimes it is very economical.
