I have stayed here several times before and had a good impression. This time, I was arranged in a corner X10 room. The room structure was strange, and there was a mirror facing the bed. The room smelled a bit moldy, which was disappointing. The hotel was more expensive than before.
The breakfast was good overall, as rich and delicious as always, and you can order your own food.
The weather in Madrid is really good!

It was my first time in Madrid. We travelled with my mom to celebrate her birthday and the choice couldn't be better. The location is super convenient just walking distance from the Royal Palace and many other touristic spots. The food at breakfast is varied and delicious, the smell of the hotel and the room (mint) is so delicious and the cherry on top is the super kind staff who are willing to help at anytime. They even helped me to make this special decoration and offered a gift to my mom on her Birthday day. For sure I would like to come back and big thanks to all the staff.

From the hotel lobby to the service, all areas were great. The room was excellent, and the view of Madrid from the balcony was satisfying. It's a place I'd like to visit again because the service was good.
