This property was extremely comfortable, very clean and well equipped. The manager and the staff were all very helpful and friendly. Location was perfect, very central enabling us to walk everywhere.

We traveled with our family of 5 for my daughter's birthday and then my mom joined us. The place is perfect! The staff is so friendly, helpful, and professional. The penthouse is amazing and the views were beautiful every morning and every night. We would definitely return here for a stay!

Apartments are well appointed for a long trip and is walkable to so much. Subway nearby as well.

Great customer service. The best we had during our 16 days traveling to Italy and Spain. The penthouse was beautiful, new and very clean. We definitely go back.

Buen apart hotel en Madrid!
muy buen espacio, buena ubicacion, muy buen diseno,
Dos quejas: primera, se debe dar la opcion de llegar por el lateral del hotel con las maletas, en el frente es extremadamente incomodo arrastrar el equipaje para una larga estancia, segundo la senorita que nos atendio, le hice la pregunta si no tenia un piso superior, que esperaba su respuesta para desempacar y nunca nos contesto nada, una falta de respeto.

Amazing hotel!
Absolutely loved this place. A gem that is close to everything but when you are inside the hotel it’s like a luxury oasis! We hardly saw other people. Plus there is a private pool, spa and sauna! Love love love! Also the service was amazing. Would come back here in a heartbeat
