Hotel room was spacious and well-fitted, good for couples and families. clean and generally pleasant. there were some wines and snacks provided complimentary by the hotel in the evenings.

Great location. Room was clean and big enough for luggage. Some reviews said that the hotel was very noisy and it’s true. External noise from the street. Internal noise comes from neighbouring rooms and corridors. The noise continued well past midnight, making it impossible for me to get the quality of sleep I needed. I also experienced frequent slamming of doors and loud conversations in the hallways and lobby throughout the night (till 3am!) further disrupting my rest. I couldn’t understand why the staffs didn’t stopped them. I felt that the hotel does not have the intention to manage the noise problem. Hydraulic door buffer can be installed easily to reduce some noise but it is not available in this hotel.

The location is absolutely great, but the room is too small for a triple room, and the sofa bed is not very comfortable because the mattress keeps falling off when you turn over. To be honest, this room type is not suitable for 3 people to sleep in. It is best for 2 people at most because the space is small and the sofa bed is not comfortable. But when I checked in my luggage that day, I met the girl who asked me to take it in because I didn't give her a luggage tag. I asked her and she said there was no luggage tag! She said coldly, "Are you worried that others will take the wrong luggage? Others are also worried that you will take the wrong luggage!" This sentence is unacceptable. I had to take photos myself in case the luggage was taken by mistake. Another thing is that I checked in my luggage at 10 o'clock in the morning, and then went out to continue shopping. Later, when I arrived at the airport, I found a straw hat left in the room. Normally, if the cleaning staff saw it, they should take it to the front desk and inform me that I had left something behind. However, I went back to pick up my luggage in the afternoon and used the hotel car to go to the airport, but no one told me that something was left behind. It seems that the cleaning staff may have taken it away. Although the straw hat is only a dozen euros, it feels bad because if it is a domestic hotel, they will notify the guest or Ctrip if they find it later. This point will deduct service points.
