Perfect location, but the room with some smell of drainage

Lamentable un cuchitril ni cambiaron las sabanas en 4 dias .Pone que tiene servicio de consigna de maletas mentira y tambien de quedarte de 12 a 15:00 el dia de la salida y te cobran 29e mas y es mentira el baño cayendose a cachos y ni una manta tercermundista lo mejor la ubicación.Llamas al numero de contacto y el señor que te sale parece que le debes la vida trato al cliente 0 si quieren la casa de los horrores es el sitio indicado

I have always been to buy the cheapest but with this hostel I learned that next time I will look at something better than the price. There is no soap in the room, some plugs do not work, television without remote control, I was a bit cold during the night since I could only cover myself with a sheet and if you can cover yourself with a towel and now I almost have a cold. Outside your room there is a light switch in your room that if someone arrives at 6 in the morning and they feel like it, they can turn on the light while you sleep. You hear the noises of everyone who passes and talks so sometimes you stay awake. Well, and there is no receptionist either, you can only call a phone number where they attend to you, but since you are not physically there, they give you requests to get out of trouble. Something good to say, the cleaning lady was very nice and helped me when I asked her any questions. In conclusion I will not return ++++

Very simple hostel, without reception. In our case, it was to sleep for a few hours, but personally it is well located and very well priced, hence the facilities, although it could be one or two days without a problem.

It's cruel! Room itself ok, a bit tiny. Location very good! Shower ok, bathroom a bit run down but ok. The walls are more of a privacy screen, very noisy when someone smokes house, doors open or close... horrible! There was no staff, it took me 20 minutes to get in because I had to enter my data on a website that I had not been told before. 20 min. Waited in front of the door and wrote to the administration via WhatsApp. You don't feel safe in that thing, even though you need 3 pins + 2 keys to access it. I booked 4 nights and moved to another hostel after the first night. Tuition … in this case empty money. Look for something better, the holiday is worth it

When you turn on the light in the bathroom it makes a super unpleasant noise, not to mention how dirty the fan is that makes the noise. There was only half a roll of toilet paper for two nights that I stayed. In the early morning, there is the cleaning staff shouting and not letting those of us who are staying there rest. To make matters worse, they don't keep your bags at the reception the day you have to leave the hostel, because there is no reception and they tell you that due to covid they no longer have that service, in my case I had to leave the room at 11 and until I did not leave Madrid at 20:00, they do not give you any solution. I wouldn't go back there, even if it was the cheapest.
