Ubicación excelente en el centro de Madrid, la habitación daba a la calle trasera que es mas tranquila que la Gran Via.
Recepción y pasillos limpios, así como la habitación. El baño y la habitación muy nuevos y modernos. La cama un poco corta (sin ser personas altas), la calefacción funciona perfectamente.
Muy buen trato por parte del personal y el servicio de limpieza de la habitación.
