Excellent location in the center of Madrid. The room overlooked a back street, which is quieter than Gran Via.
The reception and hallways were clean, as was the room. The bathroom and bedroom were very new and modern. The bed was a bit short (not for tall people), but the heating worked perfectly.
Very friendly staff and housekeeping.

初めてホステルを利用
ホステルを初めて経験したが、値段が割安で小規模なホテルということで仕方がないと思うが、
良い点：
スペイン広場に近い大通り（グランヴィビア通り）沿いで、地下鉄駅も近く観光にも便利
11時ごろホテルに到着したが、すぐにチェックインできて部屋に入ることができた。（たまたまかもしれませんが）
イマイチな点：
部屋が狭く、大きなスーツケースを広げるのに苦労した。
古いビルの一部（2階部分）を利用しており、入口がわかり難い。鍵は電子キーではなく物理的なキーを３つ渡された（ビルの入口用、ホテルの入口ドア用、部屋用）
周囲にはいろいろな飲食店があるが、大通りの裏には中華系の飲食店が多かった。ただほとんど人が入っておらず怖かった。

The area is ok very close toctheain attractions and things but near a police station so basically all night it's sirens. The staff were nice enough but they made kind of a big deal about us leaving our bags there the day we checked out which is pretty standard practice for a hotel so not sure why that was such a problem
