It started bad, then got worse... 1. You have to go to a different address (5 min away) to check in and get the key. Then you (with your luggage) walk back 5 min to the room location. 2. The description is a lie. At the room location there is NO front desk, no concierge, no luggage storage, NOTHING. Just a locked door and an elevator. 3. The only way to communicate with them is via WhatsApp, or walk 5 minutes back to the other location. But don't waste your time, the receptionist won't do anything. 4. The water was shut off in the middle of the night, and never came on again. Had to go to a nearby bar to use the bathroom. Asked about compensation for this mess: no response. 5. After 11 days and multiple pings, went to their office. An hour later I got a response: as compensation they offered 5% DISCOUNT on my NEXT stay. Nothing else. 6. Not sure, but they seemed to use a bot for the last communication. You never get to speak with "the boss", he/she may not exist.
