The room is comfortable and warm, with a good view! I had a fever when I arrived at the hotel. I called the front desk and immediately helped find a doctor to come to the hotel for diagnosis. The service was warm and thoughtful!

This is a fantastic and elegant hotel in all respects. The facilities are beautiful and it has a festive vibe that elevates the experience. The bar is active and exciting , the food is excellent and the staff is warm and helpful. The location is perfect as it is only steps away from the Prado. My room was equally outstanding. This was an exceedingly fun place to stay and look forward to returning

Assoluta perfezione. La qualità della camera da letto e il comfort del materasso è totale. Dal bagno in marmo con stupenda vasca, alla enorme doccia fino alle amenity Natura Bisse, tutto è impeccabile. Ottima colazione nella corte con una vastissima scelta di piatti. Personale gentilissimo, servizio concierge con la massima cura all’ospite. Ci hanno consigliato ristoranti buonissimi. Non è un caso che sia nella lista dei best 50 Hotels in the World. È e sarà sicuramente uno di quelli che ricorderò con più emozione. Location perfetta. Davanti al museo Thyssen, accanto al Prado, dietro al parco del Retiro. Indimenticabile. Grazie per avere reso questo week end così speciale e prezioso.

The Ritz Madrid is everything you’d expect from a César Ritz hotel—shiny, luxurious, and brimming with classic elegance. The top-floor room was tranquil and stunning, especially with its sunroof letting in beautiful natural light. The room felt both spacious and cozy, while the pool and spa facilities were impressive for a city hotel, setting a high bar. The staff went above and beyond, with friendly and attentive service. Dining and staying here is a true Madrid highlight, and the location near the park and museums adds to the quiet charm. Loved Mandarin Oriental service!
