The location is excellent! The decor is quite charming. The breakfast room and courtyard are quite charming. The first-floor lounge opens onto the bustling square.

It was a little disappointing that part of Plaza Mayor was under construction, but the service, facilities, and view were excellent! The room was clean, and I was happy that the bathroom and toilet were separate. I was also happy to receive a welcome drink, chocolate, and a message. It was a hotel I would definitely like to use again!

The location is unbeatable.
They gave us an upgrade thanks to our arrival.
The pool closes early, however, they don't mind staying a little longer.
The indoor Spa is included and is phenomenal.
Highly recommended in general.

A fabulous hotel in an excellent location in the heart of Madrid. The hotel is a modern, quiet and restful haven inside an old building on the Plaza Mayor. The indoor pool is exceptional.
